Sumi’s teaching has great value and anybody training with her is very fortunate! One of the great pleasures of becoming an Alexander Technique teacher is meeting other teachers! I had the pleasure of being invited to Sumi Komo’s training course while I was visiting family in Colorado. I could only attend four times, but it was very helpful to see how a long-time Macdonald teacher approaches the work. I also enjoyed having dinner with Sumi and hearing about some of the history, in addition to several private lessons.
